Job Type: Full Time & Permanent

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh.

Educational Qualification and Experience:

• Minimum CGPA 3.00 on a 4.00 scale from a reputed university.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Emotional intelligence and collaborative leadership potential.
• The resilience and adaptability required in a fast-evolving financial environment.

Eligibility and Other Conditions:

• High-achieving graduates with strong academic backgrounds.
• Ambitious, intellectually curious, and passionate about banking and leadership.
• Applicants must be Bangladeshi citizens.
