Position: Management Trainee Officer (MTO)
Job Type: Full Time & Permanent
Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh.

Educational Qualification and Experience:
- Fresh graduates or postgraduates from reputed universities at home or abroad.
- Minimum CGPA 3.25 out of 4.00 or equivalent at all academic levels.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Sound knowledge in computer applications.
- Experience is not required (fresh graduates can apply).
Eligibility and Other Conditions:
- Age not exceeding 32 years as on February 28, 2026.
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive remuneration with a monthly consolidated salary of BDT 75,000 during the 2-year trainee period.
- After confirmation as Principal Officer, salary package of BDT 90,000 per month.

Selection Process:
- Only shortlisted candidates will be invited to a written test.
